Administrative Assistant
As an administrative assistant, you play a vital role in the enrolment and admissions of students to each childcare center. You handle every stage of enrolment management from being the point of contact for prospective families to orientation and start of new students.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Create, compile and export files containing all information for each new student
- Help to plan center events
- Assist with Brightwheel our communication platform
- Process endofmonth reports and distribute new month's paperwork
- Process and file student files
- Answer potential families' questions about facility and amenities
- Maintain and evaluate audiovisual equipment
Our Administrative Assistant will have the following qualifications:
- Proficient computer skills, eg Google Suite
- Possesses phone ettiquette
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Excellent problem solving and prioritizing skills
- Reliable and punctual
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
$17.00-$18.00 per hour
