SUMMARY


Reporting directly to HR, Americas FP, under the indirect supervision of the Site Manager, the incumbent is responsible for coordinating human resources management and payroll activities for the Montreal site.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Evaluate personnel needs, initiate and conclude hiring processes, and onboard new Team Members
Ensure that the collective agreement is respected and participate in the negotiation of it. Maintain good working relationships and participate in work relations committees.
Ensure training management and keep the training register up to date (general training, ISO, SQF and SST) for compliance.


Maintain and analyze:

Key performance indicators.
ISO working instructions.
Payroll and benefits program reconiliation and compliance

Plan, coordinate and carry out communications activities (letters to employees, meetings, corporate events)

Coordinate group insurance and the RRSP program (membership and update of files) as well as annual renewals


QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. At least three years of experience with recruitment and benefits. Four-year degree in a related field preferred.
