Job summary

We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Administrator to join our dynamic team in Chase. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing customer invoicing , cash receipts, collections, reconciliations and related reporting while supporting month-end close activities and maintaining accurate financial records.

Responsibilities

  • Post Customer Invoices and adjustment transactions to journals, ledgers and other accounting records
  • Process all cash receipts through Accounts Receivable (AR) and General Ledger (GL)
  • Manage AR collections, including contacting customers regarding overdue accounts and following up on outstanding balances
  • Reconcile Accounts Receivable transactions and investigate variances
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer files and historical records
