The Opportunity:


Reporting to the Director of Supply Chain & Strategic Sourcing, the Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for the accuracy, analysis, and reporting of supply chain data and metrics to support business decisions, strategic planning, KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and other initiatives across the Supply Chain portfolio.

The Supply Chain Analyst works in partnership with stakeholders (Directors, Managers, clinical leads, support workers) to help develop an overall supply chain strategy for the entire organization.

The Supply Chain Analyst uses this strategy to generate and implement plans that address clinical supply storage area organization, stock outs, shortages, and surpluses to ensure supplies are in place and appropriately supported to meet current and future organizational objectives.

The analyst role will be a key advisor on data and analytics related to projects including supply storage area reorganization, updating and maintenance of closet and product lists, procurement capacity and performance, and space utilization.

The role will coordinate with clinical managers and leads throughout the organization to ensure appropriate supply levels are present to facilitate operations and clinical care.

This position will support overall data collections, reporting, implementation, change management, and analysis.


Hours of Work:


  • 7.5 hours/day, Monday Friday
  • Start and end times are flexible, however, employee must start no later than 9:00 am and end no earlier than 3:00 pm
  • Hybrid work arrangement

Your Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline, such as Health Administration, Business Administration, Computer Science, or Industrial Engineering required. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience with a focus on supply chain and/or business and data analysis is required
  • Data Analysis Certification or training considered an asset
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification (Issued by Project Management Institute) considered an asset
  • LEAN certification is considered an asset
  • Experience in managing programs, conducting research, metrics, and reporting, preparing written reports and making presentations
  • Experience with SharePoint administration and ownership required, including coding and troubleshooting in VBA
  • Experience with trends and developments in all aspects of supply chain functions, including seasonality, ABC analysis, under/overutilization, and MRP parameters are required
  • Strong presentation and data analysis skills
  • LEAN, Project, and change management expertise
  • Knowledge and experience in assembling and analyzing data from multiple operational systems in SAP, SIMS, Megamation, SharePoint, and survey methodology are strong assets
  • Ability to devise solutions from limited available information
  • Independent and selfdriven research and analysis of complex issues, resulting in tangible, measurable solutions that can be implemented for any discipline
  • Experience working in a consultative manner to get things done with a solutionfocus
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Experience in a healthcare environment is an asset
