Location: Leduc, Alberta

Employment Type: Full-Time, Regular

Looking to grow your career in a fast-paced, hands-on environment?

Fraserway RV is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Parts Advisor to join our Leduc dealership. If you're organized, energetic, and enjoy working with mechanical parts and customers, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

What You'll Do

  • Assist retail customers with parts purchases and inquiries
  • Verify pricing, check availability, and process parts orders accurately
  • Enter orders and sales into the computer system
  • Provide parts information using service manuals, reference materials, and inventory systems
  • Suggest substitute parts for obsolete or upgraded items
  • Follow up on backorders and communicate order status to customers
  • Build strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and service teams
  • Support technicians by transporting parts to maintain workflow efficiency
  • Merchandise and stock new parts
  • Update inventory bin locations and manage received parts
  • Handle shipping & receiving, write waybills, and process returns
  • Perform inventory cycle counts
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe parts and warehouse area
  • Replace pricing labels and create signage for promotions
  • Cover shifts for team members when needed
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Fixed Operations Manager

What We're Looking For

  • Grade 12 education (minimum)
  • Knowledge of mechanical or electrical parts is an asset
  • No formal schooling required – training will be provided
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in a busy environment
  • Comfortable with physical work and lifting
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
