- Serve as the primary internal contact for all service lines provided by Altais to our network physicians.
- Support the administration of physician services, including monitoring physician participation, troubleshooting issues, and escalating concerns as needed.
- Communicate effectively with physicians and office staff to ensure seamless collaboration and high-quality care delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address access, quality of care, claims issues, and other operational challenges that impact physician practice management.
- Facilitate internal meetings to discuss resolutions related to billing discrepancies or incomplete information regarding benefits coverage available under specific plans at member facilities such as clinical outcomes improvement programs.
The role also requires participating actively within these collaborative groups while maintaining records documenting progress toward meeting individual performance goals set forth during quarterly goal setting sessions held regularly amongst leadership members present where results may affect next year's budget projections created based primarily off collected data entered correctly then analyzed accordingly leading proper informed decision making over broader organizational objectives among key stakeholders involved directly impacting collective success not just single entities working towards mutual gains however strategic department wide alignment plays critical part too ensuring shared vision drives forward productivity improvements throughout entire organization so everyone contributes positively helping achieve overall business growth targets defined annually ahead schedules aligned collectively across board units situated geographically distant yet connected digitally thanks technology facilitating transparent communication without geographical barriers hindering cooperation efforts because now its easier than ever!
