Trouw Nutrition is hiring... we're looking to add aPoultry Researcher to our Validation Team in the Guelph, ON area.

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated individual to join our Validation Team as a Poultry Researcher, reporting to the Research Manager.
This position is based in Canada, where you will play a key role in shaping the future of Trouw Nutrition products.
A DAY IN THE LIFE
As a Poultry Researcher, you will be an integral part of our Validation Team, contributing to the success of our research initiatives
Your responsibilities will include:

Collaboration: Develop and nurture relationships with leading research institutions in Canada.

Business Case Support: Assist in the preparation of
business cases for research initiatives. Prepare and
review protocols for Trouw Nutrition product validation trials.
- Support the development and execution of
research agreements, managing contract payment schedules.
Trial Monitoring: Ensure the successful execution of animal trials, addressing challenges as they arise.

Reporting: Prepare and review trial reports, communicating outcomes to research, business, and technical teams globally.

Liaison and Collaboration: Collaborate with global and local TN technical teams, participating in poultry portfolio and technical meetings; present findings at conferences.
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
- PhD (preferred) or MSc with technical/R&D experience in animal nutrition and/or animal health.
- Familiarity with the Canadian poultry industry.
- Proven track record in R&D study management.
PREFERRED HIRING CRITERIA
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, effective oral and written
Communication Skills in English (French an asset). - Ability to function as a
team player within a multifunctional team with mínimal supervision. - Strong data (and statistical)
analysis and interpretation skills.
Adaptability: Desire to develop new skills and take on additional responsibilities.
- Willingness to undertake occasional domestic and international
