What You'll Be Doing:


  • Welcome guests and customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or directinginquiries.
  • Answer phone calls via company phone system, assist customer with inquiries and/or forward to appropriate person.
  • Update and maintain frontdesk processes.
  • Sorts and forwards all correspondence received.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing courier and regular mail.
  • Maintain office supplies, maintain kitchen area as needed
  • Data entry as needed.
  • Other administrative and duties as assigned

What You Bring:


  • 35 years experience in a corporate Receptionist role
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Are friendly, respectful and serviceoriented with focus on delivering best in classservice to all visitors
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Experience with mail management
  • Professional, team player and a great ADI Brand Ambassador
  • Strong MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Experience with maintaining office supplies & creating purchase requests
  • Are detail oriented and motivated with ability to manage oneself
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Have experience working in a fastpaced company experiencinggrowth
  • Must possess excellent communication (both written and verbal) and presentationskills
