At this time, we are only accepting applicants local to the Edmonton/Leduc and Surrounding Area
Makloc is currently seeking the position of
Draftsperson based out of Nisku, Alberta.


Responsibilities include:
- preparation of drawings for customer approval
- preparation of fabrication drawings for shop purposes
- preparation of material lists, cut lists and panel layouts for building systems.


Qualifications include:

  • Preferred graduate of the Engineering Design & Drafting program from a Technical Institute
  • Proficient in AutoCAD software &
  • Knowledge of TEKLA required
  • Experience with Rigid Frame Detailing
  • As well as structural steel skids, metal building systems & stairways & handrails
  • Solid academic achievement, strong interpersonal skills & commitment
  • Works with/understands the Handbook of Steel Construction
