We're doing very well on Meta on our own, and now we're looking to partner with an experienced Latin-America-based paid media agency to help us scale.
Before applying, please note the following non-negotiables:
- We are currently spending ~$50,000/month on Meta
- We expect to scale toward $100,000+/month
- Your team should be comfortable joining 1–3 weekly working sessions with cameras on
We are a fast-growing B2B company using paid media to generate qualified pipeline across multiple product lines.
Paid media success for us is measured by pipeline quality and revenue outcomes, not cheap leads.
Our infrastructure already includes:
Offline conversions
HubSpot CRM attribution
Self-reported attribution
Dedicated in-house creative team
CRO / landing page specialists
Marketing Ops + Sales Ops collaboration
We are looking for an agency that understands how Meta performance connects to MQLs, meetings, and revenue, not just CPL.
Your agency will:
- Manage and optimize Meta campaigns driving B2B pipeline
Optimize toward:
- Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs)
- Meetings held
- Cost per meeting held
- Analyze performance across Meta + HubSpot data
- Identify lead-quality and funnel performance trends
- Maintain clear performance reporting
- Collaborate with internal teams on targeting and messaging improvements
- Implement structured testing and experimentation frameworks
## Analytics & Reporting Expectations (Very Important)
Your team must be highly comfortable with:
- MQL definitions and lifecycle stages
- Offline conversion data
- Attribution analysis
- Revenue-linked performance reporting
- Google Sheets–based analysis
- Which campaigns produce the highest-quality pipeline?
- Where do leads drop between MQL → meeting?
- Are we attracting the wrong ICP?
- Is performance declining due to media, creative, or sales conversion?
## Collaboration Style
You will work closely with:
- Marketing leadership
- Marketing Ops
- Sales Ops
- Internal creative team
- Paid Performance Review
- Analytics / Reporting Review
- Creative Strategy Session
## Engagement Expectations
We are seeking an agency partner with clear senior ownership of the account.
Execution may involve multiple team members, but:
- Strategy ownership must be clearly defined
- Communication should remain consistent
- Accountability should sit with a dedicated lead
Your agency must demonstrate:
- Strong Meta Ads experience for B2B lead generation
- Management of $50K+/month Meta budgets
- Deep familiarity with HubSpot ecosystems
- Experience optimizing MQL-driven funnels
- Hands-on offline conversion implementation
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with ops and creative teams
- BE BASED IN LATIN AMERICA
## Engagement Details
- Estimated 10–20 hrs/week initially
- Opportunity to expand scope as performance scales (we also want to launch Google + X + CTV)
- Long-term partnership potential for strong collaborators
Contract duration of more than 6 months.
