Full Job Description
Revital Health is a multidisciplinary office offering Physiotherapy, Massage Therapy, Chiropractic, Naturopathic Medicine, Acupuncture, etc. Your role will be to run the front office of a fast pace multidisciplinary clinic.
Efficiency, exceptional multitasking and organisation,skills are a must You must have a friendly, caring and along with a calm and cordial personality that can manage the stresses of a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Work in collaboration with Clinic Manager and team Revital to achieve business outcomes
- Reception/Administration and client services
- Billing and schedule management
- Overseeing and providing administrative support to clinical staff/Clinic Manager
- Preparation of required financial reports
- Accounts receivable and coordination of accounts payable
- Prepare supply ordering and inventory list of clinic/office supplies to be ordered
Qualifications:
- Customer service experience, _ideally from a medical clinic setting_
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook is required. You must be able to type sufficiently.
Multitasking and Organisation skills are needed for this position
- Knowledge of the health care sector is definitely an asset
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Experience with scheduling
- Valid driver's license and form of transportation to and from the clinic
- Knowledge of Extended Health Benefits, Direct Billing via Telus, MVA and booking programs like Jane or Practice Perfect is an asset
You must be legally able to work in Canada:
- An enthusiasm and willingness to learn new things is a must
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time
Salary:
$15.00-$18.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Calgary, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- DCS / DEC (preferred)
Experience:
- Front desk: 1 year (required)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
