We're in need of a Principal Product Designer (Teams) to assist us in shaping the future of meetings within Teams, handling calling, devices, and live events. You are a trendsetter who enhances craftsmanship while inspiring, defining, articulating, and providing elegant and simplified solutions to complex issues. Leading by example is crucial for this role, so we seek an individual who is not only a designer but someone who can effectively collaborate with partners and executives. We need someone capable of transitioning from broad conceptual thinking to detailed design and who enjoys both aspects. Your responsibilities will include guiding the development of exceptional designs from inception to completion by closely working with engineering, product management, and other design teams. You should be able to convey your concepts using various methods—from storytelling to sketches to fully developed designs.
