Job Description:

Sodexo is growing We are looking for a
3rd Cook to join our dynamic team. This position is a
full-time role and permanent.

You will be offered is a great team environment, work/life balance and the ability to cook healthy and appealing menus for consumers.


Qualifications:


About YOU


You are an experienced
3rd Cook, who enjoys working in a team environment, ensuring high quality results and meeting food safety, HACCP and OHS standards.


During your mandate, it will be your responsibility to support the Chef in the execution of daily activities defined for our client contract regarding all food service offerings and the a la carte menu.

You will use your skills to help create an excellent food service offering for the clients and guests of this site.

This role will be evening shift and consist of preparation of grab and go items, sandwiches, fruit and vegetables preparation, participation in the service and cleaning of the kitchen.

You will be required to follow the various Sodexo programs:
Food Safety, Health and Safety, Policies and Procedures, and Marketing.

You have a minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a similar role, excellent customer service and teamwork skills. Strong planning, organizational and time management skills as well as computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.). You are able to work under pressure and ensure compliance with health and safety procedures. Red Seal is an asset.
