Description
We are hiring a Reconciliation Officer for our Mississauga, ON branch.What you will be doing
- Daily reporting of all customers (For different functions e. g., Deposit Processing, Cash Bin, ATM Rec, Cheque investigations, BOC, Precious Metals)
- Printing of Labels
- All Commercial & ATM Rec Orders
- Billing
- Data Collection for Monthly CVS Billing
- Assisting Supervisors with Daily Metrics Data collection
- Assisting in investigation of Daily Outages and actioning as required (Pulling TRs, requesting rebalances, performing offsets, maintaining the daily differences tracker)
- Assisting with CVS Claim Investigations
- Ensuring all programs (Compass & Money Manager) are updated with current routing information.
- Emergency Cash Parcel Management
- Operating the NES system for daily cash flow of BOC
