General Employment Details:
Permanent Full-Time (40 Hours/ week)

Monday

Fridays
Hours: 8:30am5:00pm
Hourly Rate: $19.00
Reports to: Lot Operations Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

Data Entry into Openlane Systems
Data Entry into Volvo System
Completing Warranty Claims
Tracking Parts and Inventory
Monthly Reporting
Entering Job Orders for PDI and Parts into Vtrace
Invoicing the Customer per Unit
Pulling Daily Inventory Reports
Supporting VLC on the East Coast
Printing Job Orders
Print Gate Pass/ Workpass
Supporting (Accounting, Mechanical Technicians, Logistics and Mechanical Advisor-Parts)

Education and Qualification Requirements:

Attention to detail and ability to accurately distinguish between numbers, letters and alphabetize.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Must exhibit strong team player attributes with the ability to multitask and prioritize as well as work independently.
Must have strong typing skills.
One year of experience in data entry or title work required with automotive experience preferred.
General automotive knowledge an asset
High School Diploma or GED required with some college preferred.
