    Job Title: Weekend Rental Supervisor

    About the Job:

    The Halifax Regional Municipality is seeking a casual part-time Weekend Rental Program Supervisor for the Adventure Earth Centre - St Mary's Boat Club location.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Maintain core values of Adventure Earth Centre and St Mary's Boat Club while upholding HRM policies and procedures.
    • Attend required training sessions including water safety and rescue courses.
    • Independently organize staff schedules, provide support to staff members, communicate effectively with participants, supervisors, set up program spaces, manage equipment supplies maintain cleanliness standards meet safety requirements ensure positive experience deliver customer service recognize value diversity contribute team spirit work collaboratively organized workspace conduct tasks ensuring work-life balance respond duties prioritization technical difficulty circumstances proactive initiative resourceful competent skills needs Assessment proficiency SkillUp."<p>
