Position:
Administrator


Purpose:

The Administrator position is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the accounting department. This position will support the accounting department in providing financial and administrative support to the company.

The Administrator will be responsible for supporting the accounting and finance team in meeting company objectives and reporting results to the Director of Accounting.

The Administrator will also be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the accounting department.


Essential Functions:


  • Support and assist with daily accounting tasks, including but not limited to: accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and bank deposits.
  • Assist with month end closing activities including, but not limited to, accounts reconciliation and journal entries.
  • Assist with monthly financial reporting activities including, but not limited to, monthend financial statements and journal entries.
  • Assist with monthend reconciliation of general ledger accounts as needed.
  • Support and assist with monthly payroll processing as needed.
  • Support and assist with monthend inventory reconciliation as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:


  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience required. Bachelor's degree preferred in Accounting or Finance required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of related experience in Accounting or Finance required; more preferred if prior experience in a healthcare industry is desired.
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and accounting software (ACC 1000 preferred).

Salary:
$45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:
