How You Will Contribute:
  • Provide administrative and operational support to Financial Consultants and Portfolio Managers.
  • Prepare and process client documentation and transaction requests.
  • Maintain client contact database accuracy.
  • Support client meetings and inquiries efficiently.
  • Assist in resolving client concerns and compliance-related tasks.
  • Liaise with Accountants and third parties for documentation.
  • Perform general office duties as needed.

The Must Haves:
  • College diploma in business or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of the financial services industry and relevant regulations.
