Description:


WHO YOU ARE:
Reporting to the Creative Director, the Social Media Manager will be responsible for overseeing the Social Media team.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Oversee & manage the social media team (Social Media Specialist, Influencer Project Manager & Social Media Content Creator).
  • Oversee all brandowned social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, etc.) & all influencer marketing campaigns and programs.
  • Work crossfunctionally to ensure alignment across all departments: Working closely with ecomm, marketing, visual merchandising, graphics & apparel design teams.
  • Build yearly, quarterly and monthly strategies for all social media & influencer marketing initiatives.
  • Create monthly & quarterly reports to share with upper management & identify areas of improvement across all channels.
  • Manage marketing budget for all social media & influencer marketing initiatives.
  • Manage & develop relationships with external suppliers & partners: continuously looking for new partners to scale & improve the business.
  • Manage collection design collaboration partnerships with influencers: Working with the apparel designers to create custom collections, drafting contracts, & strategizing on the marketing/web launch plan for each collection.
  • Plan and execute with the Ecommerce team live shopping events based on the corporate promotional calendar with the goal to drive engagement and sales.
  • Stay on top of new fashion & social media content trends to ensure the brand remains relevant across all channels.
  • Keep up to date with new platform updates.
  • Nights and weekends working hours may be required after hours for any social led initiatives.
  • Travel as needed.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in similar role is required
  • Must be a creative thinker with strong knowledge of market trends and Gen-Z consumers
  • Ability to work hybrid, 3 days in office, 2 days from home
  • Must have strong Project Management skills
  • Must be organized and detailoriented
  • Must have knowledge of the following tools: InDesign, Microsoft office, Excel
  • Excellent knowledge of all relevant social media platforms
  • Available to travel when needed
  • Must be an excellent communicator and professional in dealing external partners and customers
  • Ability to communicate in French and English. We are a Quebecbased company, but our operations are international
