    Job Summary:

    Detailed Systems Analyst

    This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring the seamless operation of our server environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with system administration, including lifecycle management, troubleshooting, and production support for Windows and Linux servers.

    • Experience with HP server hardware (NIC, RAID, SCSI), including HP OneView and iLo;

    Main Responsibilities:


    The successful candidate will be responsible for managing both physical and virtual servers via VMware ESXi as well as VDI infrastructure supporting core banking systems and contact center platforms. Additionally,



    • Ongoing vulnerability assessments;

    • Firmware updates;

    • Patch management for Windows and Linux servers.
