- Safely and efficiently operate primarily straight trucks to transport various commodities to designated locations throughout Eastern Ontario
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the truck to ensure it is in good working condition.
- Report any mechanical issues or maintenance needs through our DVIR process, and liaise with the appropriate supervisor for scheduling repairs.
- Maintain proper hours of service using an ELD device.
- Communicate with Truck Foreman, Dispatch, other drivers using communication devices.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including professional communication and interaction with customers and site personnel.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols, to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
- Valid AZ Driver's License
- 3 years' experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional weekends.
