S. Dilawri Automotive Group is currently seeking an Assistant Parts Manager to join our dynamic team
.

Essential Job Duties:

  • Provide efficient and excellent customer services as it pertains to parts
  • Receive requests from employees for parts to fix customer vehicles in for servicing
  • Cost out parts to the Work Order for accurate billing and invoices
  • Attend to requests for purchase of parts from retail customers
  • Assist Parts Team to receive and shelve parts orders
  • Locate and arrange for travel for necessary parts
  • Offer timeline expectation for parts delivery should it not be in stock

Position Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of retail customer service experience. Knowledge of auto parts, as well as parts warehousing experience is a strong asset.
  • Must have great customer service and listening skills
  • Strong computer skill and Reynolds experience is an asset
