• Measure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, and other materials according to specifications
• Install cabinets, shelves, doors, windows, and other fixtures
• Construct and repair wooden structures, such as walls, floors, and roofs
• Read and interpret blueprints and building plans to determine project requirements
• Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure project success
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area

• Proficient in carpentry techniques and tools
• Details oriented. Attention to details is an important skill to us
• Ability to learn
• Ability to work independently with little to no supervision
• Problem solving: Ability to identify and solve constructionrelated problems effectively
