- Provide administrative assistance to the Operations Manager in all areas including recruitment, performance management and employee engagement initiatives
- Assist with various projects
- Assist with event planning
- A minimum 3 years' HR experience, ideally within a professional services organization
- Completion of or working on a certificate or diploma in Human Resources Management or related field(s)
- Strong multitasking and prioritizing capabilities
- Discretion, professionalism, and the ability to maintain effective working relationships with colleagues
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Human resources: 3 years (preferred)
