    Job Opportunity:


    Experience a unique and welcoming experience as a Guest Services Agent Overnight.

    Provide exceptional service to our guests, handling check-ins, check-outs, phone calls, and messages with warmth and professionalism.

    Maintain accurate float balances and front desk supplies to ensure seamless operations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Welcome guests promptly and pleasantly.
    • Handle phone calls and guest messages efficiently.
    • Assist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way.
    • Ensure that the Front Desk is appropriately supplied and stocked at all times.

    Required Skills and Qualifications:

    • Previous work experience in hospitality or a related field.
    • Excellent customer service skills.
    • Microsoft applications experience required.
    • Legally eligible to work in Canada.
