Your mission

You will be responsible of sandblasting the parts of Satish Machines in preparation for the coating treatments according to established procedures (SOPs).

The work schedule is Monday to Friday from 9:00 PM to 5:30 AM.

Your main challenges

Prepare AR machine's equipment according to a check list and ensure that proper operating conditions for the coating machine are met;
Follow the SOP/Work instructions in respect to the preparation of the coating machines;
Remove the parts of the AR machines.

Load the dirty parts onto the sandblasting machine and do the sandblasting.

Install the parts into the AR machines.

Communicate and inform the direct supervisor of the equipment operating condition and the process;
Maintaining and cleaning the working station;
Add or remove sand as required to optimize cleaning process.

Keep the sandblasting room clean and free of clutter.

Sandblast parts/equipment when required;
Arrange parts in the proper location for each piece.

Meeting physical requirements of the position, including walking, standing. Lifting heavy objects up to 50 lbs. and handling chemicals. Operating tools and wearing PPE.

Be available to work in other shifts as needed.

Profile:

High school diploma required;
0-2 years of experience in a similar position or equivalent experience;
Curious, autonomous, meticulous, analytical, observation and precision, excellent team spirit and organized;

Linguistic requirement:
Ability to communicate effectively in English (verbal and written)
