IT Project / Program Manager

Description - The CAE IT team requires a Project Manager to support an ongoing project related to IT Infrastructure. This Project Manager role will be supporting IT workstreams as part of separating Data Center infrastructure and creating a secure operational zone.

Context:

CAE's data center currently hosts certain protected data that imposes higher level controls across the data center.

Key tasks:

Coordinate all teams required, including architecture and IT technical specialists.
Ensure that longterm support models are established with key stakeholders and processes implemented by the relevant teams.
Execute the implementation of key network physical segregation activities.
Manage project timelines, budget, risks, assumptions, and dependencies.
Provide regular reporting on progress, roadblocks and updated estimates to IT management and business stakeholders.

Qualifications:

At least 5 years project management experience in an IT environment
Strong verbal, written skills in English and French
Selfmotivated with a tolerance to ambiguity and change
Assertive, holding the team to planned dates.
Experience navigating standard IT Operational groups and processes is an asset (e.g., Licensing, Asset deployments, Account integrations, etc.)
Experience with Network infrastructure projects is an asset.
Experience with Data center implementation or relocation is an asset.
