About the Role:

This position is focused on enhancing relationships and engagement in Cornwall.

Main Responsibilities:

• We are looking for a skilled Community Development Officer
• To plan activities that support minoritised women.
• You will also be responsible for supporting communications, addressing issues faced by minoritised women, planning events, workshops etc. with diverse communities to build positive relationships.
  

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills to interact effectively across different community groups including those from various ethnic backgrounds and more importantly being able to speak local language if possible. Additionally we require someone who can work well under pressure whilst maintaining focus at all times during challenging situations when working directly or indirectly with partners and stakeholders outside normal office hours as part of this role which requires good time management abilities too along side an organised approach towards achieving objectives set forth within timeframe agreed upon prior commencing project phase one thereafter leading into successful completion thereof ensuring high standard quality throughout entire duration henceforth guaranteeing success story shared amongst wider audiences via diverse channels established before initiation date originally specified hereafter...looking forward hearing back soon thanks advance appreciate!
