Our Certified Arborists, technical and maintenance teams, cultivate and manicure every garden according to its specific health requirements across all four seasons.

Position overview:
(Commercial Landscape Maintenance)

Reporting to the Team Lead, Landscape Gardener is responsible to ensure a smooth and coherent service delivery across multiple locations in the Vancouver Area.

Driving License:
Strong asset.

Language:
English.

Experience:

Commercial Horticultural services (Landscaping and Maintenance).
Preemptive & Responsive garden health care and maintenance.
Familiarity with MS Office, CRM, and project management software.

Training and Development

Ongoing Training and Development is provided.

Responsibilities:

Maintaining: equipment, truck, inventory, maintenance, and organization.
Working towards set KPI's and OKR's.
Adhering to OHS training.
Upholding policies and programs.
Conducting site services according to schedule and quality assurance standards.
Maintaining operational records and reporting.
Collaborating on daily and weekly team operations.
Executing assignments according to the service requirements and specifications.
Participating in gardeners training and development programs.
Participating in team training and development programs.
Complying with ongoing quality assurance processes and policies.
Collaborating and assisting with Horticultural and Design projects.

Company vehicle is provided for all work assignments and projects.
