  • What we are looking for:_
  • What you will be doing:_

Customer Contact. Coordinate and support all customer-critical issues (day to day issues is handled by individual departments). Review requirements regularly with the customer to check on satisfaction levels/program metrics throughout the program.

Document Preparation/Submission: Coordinate customer specific requirements with each manufacturing facility and ensure timely collections of all documents are received and reviewed prior to submission. Any revisions required must be dealt with in a timely manner.

Project Scheduling. Create, distribute and track project schedule in order to meet program scope and customer requirements. Documentation will include program event/milestone tracking, reporting and coordinating corrective action plans as required.

Meeting Minutes. Schedule program coordination meetings regularly. Lead the cross-functional program coordination meeting. Coordinate, complete, and distribute meeting minutes from program coordination meetings.
Review the meeting minutes to ensure timely completion of all tasks.

Engineering Change/Drawing Control:Receive/Release/Track Design Change and coordinate implementation timing as required by the customer.

Program Information/Review. Maintain, update, and distribute accurate program information to the program team. Coordinate and prepare program status reports for key management reviews.

Program Kickoff Meetings. Support and assist Program Manager during program kickoff meeting. Identify the areas pertaining to AQP and plan accordingly.

Launch Readiness/Process Sign Off. Support PM and QA during the Process Sign Off phase. Visitation to facility may be required on Major Model Launches. (PM to initiate activity).

  • Under the direction of the AQP Manager, the AQP coordinator is responsible for tracking and reporting of AQP status and reviewing the action plans with the customer.
  • Strong knowledge of customer specific requirements and the ability to support interactions between the customer and the affiliates.
  • Be responsible to collect/review and submit all required documents at preproduction stage and release and control design/engineering material thru out the life of the program.

  • Job Type:_ Fulltime
  • Experience:_ Minimum of three to five years of applicable experience in manufacturing, engineering, sales, or related fields with 3 years in advanced quality or program management.
