Desa Restoration & Janitorial

Providing Janitorial and Superintendent Services to condominiums throughout the GTA


Who are we looking for?

  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Complies with Health & Safety regulations and company policies

Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for liaison between Management and Owners/occupants
  • Ensure completion of daily building inspections and perform efficient building operations.
  • Execute maintenance and repairs and oversee the cleaning of the common areas of the building.
  • Conduct training/retraining for new and existing employees in procedures regarding tools, equipment, powered machines, cleaning compounds, and other matters.
  • Inspect quality of contracted services and document shortcomings or deficiencies.
  • Other activities as required.

Requirements:

Experience as a Building Superintendent.

Communication skills in English (Oral and Written)

  • Please note: Must be legally eligible to work in Canada_

Salary:
$17.00-$19.00 per hour
