The Opportunity
Responsible for ensuring customer service requests are accurately fulfilled within appropriate timeframe. Provides quotations as necessary and follows up with customers regarding service provided. Liaises with suppliers and manufacturers regarding the demand for parts and warranties that are still in effect.


The Role
Coordination of Service Orders and Production orders

  • Process service orders and provide support to the service department in conjunction with CoE and ISO procedures and documentation.
  • Consult with the service department in order to establish appropriate timelines for customers' repairs and schedule repairs accordingly.
  • Ensure that service and production orders dates, status, values are actual in ERP system.
  • Complete and close service and production orders on finished projects as per Wajax guidelines.
  • Is responsible for entering service center employees work hours in ultipro and the ERP system.
  • Provide quotations to customers based upon the Service Teams estimated repair time and the parts and materials needed to complete the job.
  • On occasion, conduct follow up with customers and sales reps who have been provided with repair quotations and who did not did approval and update details in AX
  • Enter customer quotations into the Wajax ERP system.
  • Call customers in order to inform them when their products are available for pickup.
  • Provide oncall service duties for customers, including emergency repairs.
  • Inform customers when their products will not be ready by the date specified, providing information pertaining to the delay and new estimated time of completion.

Education:
College Diploma or Trade School Certification in Industrial Machinery


Work Experience: 3-5 years' experience as a mechanic considered an asset


Knowledge:
Knowledge of Hydraulic components, parts and accessories required
