Reporting to the Transportation Manager, the Logistics Coordinator-Transport is responsible to provide end-to-end successful pick-up and delivery of each shipment.

Develops and maintains positive relationships with the Provinces, Licensed Producers, Metro Cross dock operations and Transportation Service Providers.
Acts as a first point of contact for the customer and responds to customer inquiries and concerns.
Schedules outbound and inbound carrier appointments by selecting the most serviceappropriate cost and timeefficient mode.
Receives and processes customer orders.
Perform additional duties assigned by leadership.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

Completion of secondary school diploma preferred or the equivalent in combination of education and experience.
A college diploma in administrative studies is an asset.
Three (3) to five (5) years of experience working in a similar role.
