An opportunity to join a small team dedicated to providing trusted service in financial planning and investment advice for an established client base.
Monday to Friday 8:00 am - 4:00 pm. Flexible work options; this position may be able to work up to 2 days at home per week.
Administrative Duties
- Central liaison between Advisors, clients, investment companies, and head office
- Arrange and confirm client meetings
- Prepare meeting agendas and summaries of client investment portfolios
- Respond to client inquiries in a timely manner
- Manage client database and ensure its accuracy using Maximizer CRM
- Keep the digital filing system uptodate and general efile maintenance
Knowledge and Skill Requirements
- Exceptional organizational skills with great attention to detail
- Strong administrative skills and a proficiency for using Microsoft Suite and other computerized office systems as well as industry specific systems.
- Aptitude for learning new technology.
- Prior financial industry experience and/or licensing would be an asset (Canadian Securities Course and Conduct & Practices Handbook)
- Strong interpersonal and telephone skills: tact, courtesy & patience
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Team player but capable of working individually with limited supervision
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work with continuous interruption
Salary:
From $50,000.00 per year
