    What You'll Do

    • Sample and analyze samples coming from process or any samples for specific need, report any out of trend. (HPLC, FT-NIR, PSD, ATP, pH, Brix, DCO, TOC). Compile results and write any relevenant report.
    • Lead analytical development (calibration, method validation method development)
    • Develop external analysis and collaborate for investigation.
    • Write and execute protocols and lab-scale tests in S&T department. Write investigations related to results produced and any other kind of investigation related.
    • Execute protocols and lab-scale tests in S&T department.
    • Act as back-up for QC Analyst.
    • Execute any other investigation, validation, data collection or analysis required by department or plant.

    Required Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Analytical chemistry or related field.
    • 1-3 years of experience in analytical chemistry.
    • Experience with analytical chemistry and equipment.
    • Knowledge and experience with a highly regulated environment.
    • Statistical analysis.

    Ce que vous ferez

    • Effectuer les analyses provenant du procédé ou pour un besoin spécifique, rapporter les analyses hors tendances. (HPLC, FT-NIR, PSD, ATP, pH, Brix, DCO, TOC...). Effectuer la compilation de ces résultats et produire les rapports nécessaires.
    • En charge du développement analytique (calibration, validation de méthode, développement de méthode).
    • Développer des analyses avec des laboratoires externes.
    • Rédiger des investigations connexes aux résultats produits par le laboratoire et collaborer à la rédaction de différentes investigations.
    • Exécuter des protocoles et des tests de laboratoire mimant le procédé.
    • Remplacer les analystes en contrôle qualité.
    • Exécuter tout autre tâche d'investigation, de validation, de production de données ou d'analyse pour les besoins du département ou de l'usine.

    Compétences requises

    • Baccalauréat en Chimie, spécialisation analytique ou sciences connexes
    • 1 à 3 ans d'expérience en chimie analytique
    • Connaissances et expérience dans un milieu hautement réglementé
    • Analyse statistique
    • Chimie analytique et instrumentation
    • Base en microbiologie
    • Capacité d'analyse
