- Manage reservation (Making/Canceling/Changing).
- Check in and check out guests.
- Balancing cash and credit card transactions at the end of each shift.
- Address guest requests and complaints.
- Answering phone calls.
- Anticipate guests needs.
- Other duties as requested by the management.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred.
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles for handling cash transactions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using computerized reservation systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and transportation options is a plus.
- Hospitality or front desk certification may be advantageous.
- Ability to stand or sit for extended periods.
- Manual dexterity to operate computer systems and other office equipment.
- Vision and hearing acuity to interact with guests and handle phone calls effectively.
- Ability to lift and carry luggage or other items as needed.
