We have an opportunity for an experienced
Shipper/Receiver to join our growing team.

Summary:_

The Shipper/Receiver is responsible for coordinating and expediting the flow of materials and parts, within and between departments in accordance with production, shipping schedules and department priorities.

Incumbent to the above, the employee's secondary responsibilities is to support the manufacturing departmental requirements as assigned.

Responsibilities:_

• Organize and coordinate material flow and inventories of all raw/purchased materials throughout the plant
• Examine in coming material to verify conformance to specifications
• Transport materials from one department to another, manually or using material handling equipment such as overhead cranes and forklift to load, unload, transport and store goods.
• Maintain manual and computerized records, such as material inventory, inprocess production reports, status and location of materials
• Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas to ensure plant cleanliness and organization
• Perform job functions as identified & required in the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System
• Adherence to all Employee, Health and Safety policies and procedures as outlined by the company
• Perform other general duties as assigned by Supervisor or Manager

Qualifications_**:

• Previous work experience in a manufacturing environment is required
• Experience using mechanical material handling equipment including forklift and overhead crane is required
• Assumes responsibility, selfmotivated and demonstrated ability to work under minimum supervision
• Basic computer literacy skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Valid Driver's License is required

$19.00-$22.00 per hour
