Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining quality standards.
  • Supervise and train restaurant staff in food preparation, cooking techniques, and customer service.
  • Interview, hire, and onboard new employees.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and sanitary environment.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Manage cash handling procedures and ensure accurate financial transactions.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase restaurant sales and profitability.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to create new menu items and specials.

Skills:


  • Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role.
  • Strong cooking skills and knowledge of food preparation techniques.
  • Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Proficient in interviewing, hiring, and training employees.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively manage multiple tasks.
  • Experience in cash handling procedures and financial management.
  • Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality industry is a plus.

  • Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:
