Founded in 2009, Boutique 1861 is a fast-growing Quebec-based company specialized in women's apperel with four distinct brands : Boutique 1861, La Petite Garçonne, Boudoir 1861 and Maison Garçonne.

The company has 4 stores on Saint-Laurent Street in Montreal (close to public transportation), an online store and more than 80 passionate (and super friendly) employees.

As a Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for ensuring our customers have the best possible experience every time.

Job Description:

Work in partnership with other departments in the online store to respond to customer service requests within a reasonable timeframe;
Comply with organizational policies and procedures, including human resources policies and occupational health and safety procedures;
Any other related duties.

Qualifications:

Minimum of a college diploma or equivalent;
Minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience, preferably in customer service;
Excellent interpersonal skills;
Strong sense of priorities;
Bilingualism, oral and written.
