Description

Providing a Front of House service within reception, you will be playing an instrumental role in delivering excellent customer service to both internal and external clients.


Role Responsibility:


  • Act as first point of contact for all queries in an efficient and concise manner.
  • Meet and greet all visitors and advise host of visitors arrival.
  • Act as point of contact for incoming calls.
  • Operate switchboard in a timely and professional manner.
  • Effectively build and maintain professional relations with both internal and external contacts.
  • Up keep of meeting rooms and report any issues to the Facilities team.
  • Replenish Front of House refreshments when required.
  • General administrative support.
  • Providing Health and Safety information for new starters (i.e. New Starters Building Induction).
  • Keep reception tidy and presentable.
  • Meet and greet visitors, contact their hosts.
  • Update daily visitor list.
  • Assit with visitir pass requests when required following security process.
  • First class customer service.
  • Good keyboard skills and Excellent communication skills are required.
  • Answer phone and book visitor parking spaces.
  • End of day print out the Day Needs List for meetings.
  • Provide input to the team regarding improvements to services.

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Fixed term contract

Contract length: 3 months

Part-time hours: 28 per week


Pay:
$19.50-$22.60 per hour
