Job Duties:

Prepare and establish work schedules and procedures;
Prepare and order restaurant ingredients and supplies;
Supervise and check assembly of trays;
Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures;
Supervise and coordinate activities of staff;
Prepare food order summaries for chef;
Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards;
Address customers' complaints or concerns;
Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage;
Supervise food service counter attendants and food preparers.

Skills requirements:

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate,
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years,
Must be able to work under the following Work Conditions with physical capabilities:
Fast-paced environment
Work under pressure
Combination of sitting, standing, walking
Attention to detail
