    As a Cancer Care Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in providing professional services to patients with cancer and their families. You will work collaboratively with the care team to provide emotional support, information, education, and patient care coordination.

    The ideal candidate will have comprehensive knowledge of oncology procedures and treatments. They should also possess effective interpersonal and teaching skills to educate patients and their families on various aspects of cancer care.


    • Assess designated patients for educational needs

    • Prioritize referrals to other members of the team or external resources as necessary

    • Discuss clinical findings with patients/families before/during/after clinics

    • Foster trust through active listening & empathetic communication
