Job Description Summary
As the Corporate Sustainability Manager, you will lead STEMCELL's environmental sustainability initiatives, ensuring compliance with global regulations. In this role, you will oversee and coordinate multi-departmental projects, and serve as a key partner to senior leadership to enhance the company's environmental impact. Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee environmental compliance strategies aligned with corporate goals
- Provide guidance and mentorship on Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives, assigning priorities and ensuring efficient resource allocation across compliance and sustainability projects
- Oversee tracking of global environmental regulations and governance requirements and communicate associated trends and risks
- Ensure the company meets regulatory obligations, including documentation, reporting, and audit readiness
- Review and serve as primary liaison for internal and public sustainability and compliance disclosures, ensuring alignment with global reporting standards and customer requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business, or related field. Master's preferred
- 10+ years of experience in environmental compliance, sustainability, or ESG management
- Strong knowledge of global environmental regulations and corporate ESG reporting standards and proven experience managing multi-departmental projects
- Excellent communication, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into actionable company-wide initiatives
Please note that this is a fixed term leave coverage for 12 months.

The annual salary for this job ranges from:
$98, $148,300.00
STEMCELL determines an individual's pay within the range based on multiple factors including experience, education, job-related skills, and equity within the team or organization. For jobs that are eligible for sales incentives, the range noted above is inclusive of target incentives; actual incentives are based on individual performance results in accordance with company policy. In addition to base salary, STEMCELL offers a comprehensive total rewards package including health benefits, retirement savings, and more.
