Description
We are currently searching for a detail-oriented Accounts payable clerk for a 3-month assignment. Selected individuals must have reliable transportation and be well versed SAP systems.


Location:
Mississauga


Shift:
Days 8:00am to 4:30 pm

- $19 - $21 per hour

  • Hybrid (Tuesdays & Wednesday in office)

Job Duties:


  • Be able to perform Accounts payable functions.
  • Intermediate to advance skills with MS Office, excel and Outlook
  • Entering information into internal database
  • Assisting cleaning the office
  • Other duties as assigned
  • 2+ years using SAP system.
  • 2 + years accounts payable experience
  • Must have reliable internet connection
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel Outlook
  • Excellent command of the English language both written and verbal
  • Must be willing to learn and take direction.
  • Be an outgoing, professional, and friendly
  • Very detail oriented and well organized
