Description

As Front Desk Service Advisor, your responsibilities would include:

Greet Customers in an enthusiastic and professional manner.
Confidently providing accurate sales and product information appropriately based on customer needs. (tire and mounted wheel options, features, benefits, pricing, warranties etc.)
Creating work orders for In-Shop Tire Technicians.
Accurately complete all documentation/paperwork in relation to work completed.
Data Entry, create customer appointments using POS and internal systems.
Manage Customer Database, maintaining uptodate records and notes.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

High School or Equivalent
Valid Driver's License required
Minimum 1 yr. experience in Tire Sales, required.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent organization, time management and problemsolving skills.
A strong mechanical background is required.
Interest in further expanding knowledge about the tire industry.
Excellent Interpersonal skills, able to communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
Proven ability to build customer rapport and boost sales.
