    **Manager Assurance Role at RBW**

     Key Responsibilities:

    1. Review and finalize Review and/or Compilation Engagement documents, including working papers, financial statements, and tax returns
    2. Provide constructive feedback on working papers and offer guidance to staff members
    3. Engage in networking opportunities with referral sources and clients for business development
    4. Attend final meetings with clients for Assurance and/or Compilation Engagements
    5. Ensure all queries are resolved satisfactorily
    6. Assist with client billing process
    7. Delegate tasks to junior staff members based on their skills and experience, ensuring proper supervision
    8. Cultivate staff growth through coaching, performance evaluations, and support

     Requirements:

    • University degree in Accounting or equivalent
    • Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation
    • 2-3 years of post-designation experience in public accounting
    • In-depth knowledge of GAAP/GAAS, ASPE, CAS, CIS, and Canadian Taxation

     Essential Skills:

    • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
    • Strong time management and communication skills
    • Excellent people skills and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
    • Effective team collaboration
