Overview:

Responsibilities:


Marketing Support:


  • Assists, implements, executes, and manages new product launches and maintain existing product lines.
  • Support marketing activities in the commercialization of secondary or derivative products including all Windchill processes with oversight of Canadian packaging, art direction, photography direction, copy development and claims process.
  • Oversight and maintenance of Product Obsolescence forms, Product Request forms, Inserts, etc. Oversee the development of sales materials/sell sheets/ POP assets and any other additional promotional tools.
  • Supports development of appropriate merchandising, packaging, advertising, and promotional programs, with the assistance of Sales & Marketing resources. Work with external vendors to Canadianize user guides for new products, maintain/update for existing products.
  • Work directly with Sales to manage requests as they relate to customer meetings and requests. Ensure sales and internal presentations have current, up to date information. Coordinate product/samples/cartons for sales meetings and internal/customer presentations.
  • Oversee Trade Show direction execute to strategy including products, graphics, create product demonstrations, and participate as required (set up, tear down, Product Knowledge, demos).
  • Works closely with other team members of the product business unit team and other support groups to meet timelines and budget objectives. Keeps leadership informed of key issues.

Content Management Support:


  • Responsible for leading digital content execution and managing ongoing site experience touchpoints across multiple touch points.
  • Plays a vital role in assisting with various tasks to ensure smooth execution of contentrelated activities.
  • Team Lead on New Item Set Up & Catalog Mgmt. Responsibilities include managing all online sku submission requirements, uploading all detail page/content formats.
  • Manage new product tracker with internal teams to ensure launch deliverable timelines meet/exceed expectations.
  • Assist marketing with enhanced content and media asset development/optimization regularly share out metrics on performance, engagement, competitive content trends, etc.
  • Audit and update product detail pages on an ongoing basis.
  • Assist with adhoc content support requests for specific retail events.
  • Is available for Marketing and Sales projects as needed.
  • May be required to perform other duties as assigned.

Required Experience / Education:


  • Degree minimum: Bachelor's degree
  • Specific concentration: Marketing or Digital Marketing
  • Experience level: 4 years in a Marketing or Digital role
  • Experience participating crossfunctional teams

Specialized Training / Education Preferred:


  • MBA
