What We Need:


The Corporate IT Intern works with the IT team to provide support for all business units to ensure that IT systems and equipment are operational and consistent with organizational service standards.


What You'll Do:


  • Perform IT asset inventory & tagging, testing IT equipment, hard drive data wipe, destruction, organize and electronics recycling disposing
  • Support IT team with support related issues and help desk launch
  • Assist with updating Policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), user guides and other IT documents
  • Assist with the onboarding & offboarding process, tracking and distribution of IT assets from shipping & receiving side
  • Support the intranet (SharePoint)
  • Provide onsite assistance 23 days per week
  • Other ad hoc tasks, as assigned

  • Advanced MS Office 365 admin skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Superb communications and interpersonal skills
  • Outstanding time and task management skills
  • Selfmotivated team player with strong work ethic

Knowledge/Education:


  • Intermediate knowledge of standard business analysis tool
  • Undergraduate diploma in Information Technology or related field
  • Experience in automating processes using Power Automate, including the creation of complex workflows and integration with external APIs
  • Understands logic flows and has the ability to troubleshoot and optimize Power Automate flows for performance and scalability

Working Conditions:


  • Hybrid office environment
  • A successful SIN and passport clearance along with a police vulnerability check is required
