- Basic Cardiac Life Support Certification required
- Minimum one (1) year Cardiac Surgery experience
- Minimum one (1) year experience in Cardiac Monitoring including pacemaker management and arrhythmia identification and interpretation
- Demonstrated evidence of ongoing education in cardiac nursing and involvement in professional associations
- Excellent team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be flexible and posses the ability to work effectively within a variety of patient care teams
