Responsibilities:
- Conduct onsite inspections and assessments of building envelopes to identify areas in need of repair or renovation.
- Assist in developing and executing restoration plans, budgets, and timelines under the guidance of project managers.
- Perform various restoration inspection tasks, including but not limited to caulking, waterproofing, window and door installation, and concrete repair.
- Utilize hand and power tools safely and effectively to complete assigned tasks.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
- Collaborate with team members, contractors, and clients to provide regular project updates and address any concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and project progress.
Requirements:
- Minimum of two years of experience in building envelope restoration, construction, or a related field.
- Diploma or degree in construction technology, building science, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and AutoCAD is required.
- Strong knowledge of construction principles, building materials, and restoration techniques.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering highquality workmanship.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Willingness to work inperson and onsite at client locations.
Salary:
$60,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
