Description

• Conduct onsite inspections and assessments of building envelopes to identify areas in need of repair or renovation.
• Assist in developing and executing restoration plans, budgets, and timelines under the guidance of project managers.
• Perform various restoration inspection tasks, including but not limited to caulking, waterproofing, window and door installation, and concrete repair.
• Utilize hand and power tools safely and effectively to complete assigned tasks.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
• Collaborate with team members, contractors, and clients to provide regular project updates and address any concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and project progress.

• Minimum of two years of experience in building envelope restoration, construction, or a related field.
• Diploma or degree in construction technology, building science, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and AutoCAD is required.
• Strong knowledge of construction principles, building materials, and restoration techniques.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering highquality workmanship.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Willingness to work inperson and onsite at client locations.
